The small print
Terms & delivery
We sell our books directly, by email. Once you’ve sent us an order at info@mrpatches.cat, we’ll reply to confirm availability, postage and payment before anything is shipped.
Delivery
We make every effort to get your books to you as quickly as possible, and we recommend a Track & Trace service for security. You’ll receive a confirmation by email once your order is dispatched. Orders are shipped on DAP/DDU terms, which means any import costs such as VAT or duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & refunds
We don’t accept returns or exchanges except for faulty items. If something arrives damaged, email info@mrpatches.cat with your order number and we’ll issue a return reference. A full refund is given for items returned due to a fault, processed within 7 working days once the fault is confirmed (within 14 days of the request).
Please use a tracked postal service for returns — we can’t take responsibility for items until they physically reach us.
